In a letter addressed to the staff of the Guyana Space Center in Kourou, the president of the National Center for Space Studies (CNES), Jean-Yves Le Gall, had announced Monday a flight of “many protective masks” and had announced his intention to file a complaint “at once”.
“These masks were made available to the Regional Health Agency of Guyana to be used as needed in the various Guyanese health establishments”, he said, saying to himself “extremely shocked by the behavior” of the alleged perpetrators.
