According to preliminary information received by the Consulate General from local law enforcement agencies, the bus driver lost control of the road on the road icy due to bad weather conditions. Turkish authorities have confirmed the death of one of the Russian tourists, the diplomatic mission said.
The victims were taken to hospitals in the settlements of Konya and Selcuk. Employees of the Russian embassy in Ankara drove to the scene of the accident.
