A PP councilor Alcabón Town Hall (Toledo) has resigned this Sunday after his entry into prison as an alleged accessory for the sexist crime of Sandraa 41-year-old woman who on Thursday, September 28, was allegedly run over by her husband, also in prison, in the Toledo town of Val de Santo Domingo.
In an official statement, the Alcabón City Council has reported thatand IMV, councilor of the Consistory since June 17presented on Sunday, October 1, “his voluntary resignation from his position for personal reasons.”
“From this city council we understand and respect your decision, we show you all our support and we provide you with all the help you need,” concluded the statement from the Alcabón City Council.
IMV, 43 years old, entered this Sunday in provisional prison with notice and without bail as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of concealment in the sexist crime of Sandra, the Bolivian woman who on September 28 was allegedly run over by her husband, also detained, in the Toledo town of Val de Santo Domingo.
The victim’s husband has also been remanded in provisional prison without bail, AMGF, 45 years old, who is provisionally charged as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide in the field of gender violence.
