Egyptian singer and artist Sherine Abdel Wahab broke her silence and responded to the rumors circulating about her, by issuing an official statement.
The statement stated: “The artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, confirms that what was reported on social media about her is incorrect, and that she is dedicated to preparing new songs after she finished her new album and invited Rotana to receive it.”
And he continued, “She calls on her audience to pay attention to those who take advantage of her artistic sabbatical to entertain her audience with new songs that she prepares, instead of unjustly delving into her personal life to harvest views and follow-ups on the Internet for their own interests.”
And she added, “I take this opportunity to congratulate the public on these blessed days and the blessed month of Ramadan, may God bring it back to us all with goodness.”
