A 31-year-old woman, of Dominican origin and mother of a minor son, has died after jumping into the void from a window of his apartment, located in the Las Delicias neighborhood of Valladolid, hours after having had an argument with his ex-partner, according to information published by the newspaper The North of Castile and collected by Europa Press.
The woman had denounced her ex-partner, 28 years old and of Spanish nationality, although a native of Dominican Republicwho was arrested for violating a restraining order, although at the time of the events he was not at home.
At around 11:30 p.m., the National Police received notice that a woman had fallen out of a window on the third floor of Algeciras Street in the aforementioned neighborhood, although the man was arrested at 11:50 p.m. because he had broken the restraining order for approaching the victim’s home.
According to the account of events, the woman was in an establishment in the area with her son when the former couple showed up, gave her a sum of money and left. Some time later, when they left, the man caught up with them and accompanied them to the home.
During the trip, they argued and the fight continued inside the home, where The former couple was involved in a struggle and the detainee pushed the woman. Finally, the man left.
