Abdel Qader: Al-Ahly deserves to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals

Ahmed Abdel Qader, the club’s first football team midfielder, confirmed that Al-Ahly deserved to qualify for the semi-finals of the African Champions League, after a draw with Raja with one goal for each team, in the match that brought the two teams together in the second leg of the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.

Abdelkader said that the masculine performance of the players throughout the match was behind the qualification and the positive result against Raja at its stadium and among its fans.

Abdel Qader confirmed that Al-Ahly players understood the atmosphere of the meeting early and were at the top of their focus throughout the match.

The team’s midfielder hoped that Al-Ahly would continue its victories until reaching the final match and preserving the African title.

Al-Ahly qualified for the semi-finals of the African Champions League after a positive tie against Moroccan Raja at its home with one goal for each team, in the match that brought the two teams together at Mohammed V Stadium in Morocco.
