BOLASPORT.COM – Indonesian men’s doubles badminton player, Mohammad Ahsan, has undergone an MRI after suffering an injury while appearing in the 2023 All England Open final.
One of Indonesia’s senior players was injured during the final match against Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Rian Ardianto on Sunday (19/3/2023).
Ahsan’s injury occurred when the match entered the second game.
At that time, the Fajar/Rian pair were superior to their seniors and it was seen that Ahsan was having problems with his legs.
As a result of these obstacles, the match was stopped to provide treatment to Ahsan.
The 2023 All England Open medical team actually hinted for the Ahsan/Hendra pair to end the match sooner.
However, the couple who have the nickname The Daddies did not want to give up and finished the match.
In the end Fajar/Rian finished the match, with a final score of 17-21, 14-21.
After completing the 2023 All England Open series, this 35 year old player immediately left for Indonesia.
