The Italian Football Federation announced that the Italian government decided to allow public attendance at the Olympic Stadium in Rome during the European Nations Championship this summer.
“Roberto Speranza, the Minister of Health, told us that the government’s health advisers will discuss the best ways to allow the masses to attend matches at the Olympic Stadium in Rome in June during the European Championships,” said Gabriele Gravina, president of the Italian Federation.

Turkey and Italy will meet in the opening match of the European Championship in Rome on June 11th.

The tournament was postponed from last year due to the Covid-19 epidemic, and the European Football Association (UEFA) asked UEFA of the 12 host cities to submit their plans to allow fans to attend by the beginning of April.
