Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel confirmed that his French international player, N’Golo Kante, had contracted the Coruna virus today, Tuesday.
Kante will therefore be absent from the expected site that will bring his team Chelsea to Juventus at the latter’s stadium, tomorrow, Wednesday, in the second round of the Group H matches in the Champions League.
Tochel said in the press conference he held before the expected match: “The result of Ngolo’s test came positive for the Corona virus, and he must be placed in quarantine. He was not in training today.”
And the laws of the British government stipulate that the period of quarantine in the event of an infection with Corona is 10 days, which means that the 2018 World Cup champion will also not be able to play his team’s match at home against Southampton in the domestic league on Saturday.
