In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, there’s certainly a wide variety of new and old Pokemon to catch. However, there is always one type of Pokémon that will remain at the pinnacle of every Trainer’s collection, the Shiny Pokémon. Notoriously rare, and a great addition to your ranks to show off to other players, a shiny Pokemon is something you’ll want to strive to get at some point in your game. While rare, there are ways to increase your chances in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, through Shiny Sandwiches. This is a list of all the Shiny Sandwich recipes in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Base ingredients for all the brilliant sandwiches
For all your Shiny Sandwiches you will have to use two basic ingredients. Fortunately, they are not difficult or too expensive to obtain. To create the base layer of your sandwich you will have to use a portion of cucumber y a portion of pickle.

Once you have made the base layer of your sandwich, you will have to choose the ingredient you want based on the type of Pokémon you want to catch. You will need to three servings of these ingredients to complete the second layer.

Mystical Herb Combinations for a Brilliant Sandwich

You must choose two of the Herba Mysticas from the list. There are exceptions that will override combinations and you should not use them together. do not combine:
- 1x sweet and 1x bitter
- 2x Sweet Herbs won’t let you catch, Normal, Water, Fighting, Bug, Dragon, or Fairy.
- 2x Sour Herbs won’t let you catch, Normal, Ice, Bug, Ghost, Dragon, or Fairy.

Brilliant Sandwich Creation

You need to make sure that when you are making your sandwich nothing falls out of it. This could make your final product look completely different than what you expected and you may not get the correct writing for your sandwich. You will know that you have been successful as you get Level 3 Sparkling, as well as a few other Tier 3 power stacks as an end result. You don’t need to put the top of the sandwich on to get the reinforcements.
