Alleged Vivo X Flip specifications revealed on Geekbench, launch looks imminent

Vivo’s upcoming vertically foldable smartphone has apparently been spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench. The smartphone in question, believed to be the Vivo X Flip, bears the model number V2256A and its presence at the measurement site indicate an imminent release.

The device has been spotted running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. You’re expected to get 12GB of RAM, a 50MP Sony IMX866 main camera, a 6.8-inch 120Hz main display, and a smaller secondary display on the top lid.

Vivo X Flip smartphone rumored, running The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC paired with 12GB of RAM managed to score 1695 points in the single-core test and 4338 points in the multi-core test. The device can be seen running Android 13 mobile operating system.

Vivo X Flip is a vertically foldable smartphone from Chinese phone manufacturer Vivo. The device is expected to flaunt a 6.8-inch 120Hz foldable main display with FHD+ resolution. A secondary display is also expected on the top cover in HD resolution. It is rumored that the optometry department benefited from the presence of 50MP IMX866 main camera and 12MP IMX663 camera. These cameras can be set by Zeiss. On the inside, the hole-punch will accommodate the front camera sensor.

Under the hood, the device will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC from Qualcomm paired with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device will draw power from a built-in 4,400mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.
