The first day of the “Baloot Tournament” implemented by the General Entertainment Authority at Riyadh City Boulevard witnessed a remarkable competition and turnout in an enthusiastic atmosphere, in the competition that was held on the “one-track” system, in which more than 2,000 contestants participated.
The “baloot game” is one of the famous and popular games, which is widely spread among the people of Saudi Arabia in particular, and the countries of the region in general. The game consists of two teams, each team represents two players, and the playing process contains 32 cards, starting with card number 7 and ending with card A in the “Sun”, while it starts with the boy and then the 9, followed by the card A, in case the type of play is “ Referee”, and one of the two teams wins, by obtaining 152 points, according to the general rules for it.
Returning to the competition, it should be noted that its prizes amount to 600,000 riyals, with the first winner receiving the grand prize of 300,000 riyals, the second winner receiving 200,000 riyals, and the third winner receiving 100,000 riyals.
