Musician Muhammad Ali Suleiman, the father of singer Angham, responded to the news that circulated during the past few hours about her marriage to a well-known Arab figure.
Suleiman said, in press statements, that everything that has been published about his daughter’s marriage is just rumors that have no basis in truth, and he denied the news of her marriage, saying: “If there is something like this, I will surely know.. but there is no such thing.”
This came as a quick response to the news that had spread in the past few hours about the singer Angham’s marriage to a well-known Arab figure, which sparked widespread controversy on social media.
The General Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the auspices of Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, held a ceremony honoring the singer Angham, the day before yesterday, Friday, under the name “The Night of the Voice of Egypt”, as part of the activities of the Riyadh season.
The ceremony was attended by a large number of stars, most notably: Hani Shenouda, Ilham Shaheen, Ahlam, Akram Hosni, Chico, Muhammad Hamaki, Tamer Ashour, Wigs, and Amir Tuaima.
Angham starred during the ceremony by presenting a bouquet of her most beautiful songs, most notably: “A Travel Bag”, which the audience asked her to sing again on stage, and “In the Far, Quiet Corner”.
