Annatina Menn studied law at the Universities of Paris X-Nanterre and Zurich (lic. Iur .; magna cum laude) and received her doctorate with a dissertation in copyright law (Dr. iur., Summa cum laude; Professor Walter Hug Prize 2009). In January 2011 she was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich. She then worked for eight years as a lawyer in an internationally oriented commercial law firm and in a law firm specializing in construction law in Zurich. She has been running her own law office at Zweierstrasse Rechtsanwälte since 2019.
Annatina Menn advises and represents private individuals and companies from all sectors of the art and creative industries as well as from the construction and real estate industries. In particular, it offers support in the areas of art and intellectual property law (copyright, design, trademark and patent law) and related areas of law such as fair trading law, data protection and personality law as well as contract law (including cooperation, license and distribution agreements; planning and contracts for work and services, also using current models / standards from SIA or KBOB; tenancy and labor law, general terms and conditions).
Annatina Menn is registered in the Zurich Bar Registry; She is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts and authorities. She is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations (ZAV / SAV), member of INGRES (Institute for Industrial Property Protection) and the Swiss Forum for Communication Law (SF-FS).
She is also a consultant at the Sursee campus training center (legal module) and she is involved in the following governing bodies on a voluntary basis: Board of Trustees of the Zürcher Filmstiftung (ZFS), board member of the Cabaret Voltaire in Zurich and board member of the Bündner Kunstverein in Chur.
