Fabregas believes that Arteta has succeeded in overhauling the culture and mentality at Arsenal. One of them with big changes at the Arsenal training center.
Fabregas said 95% of the changes at Arsenal’s training center were Arteta’s idea. The former Arsenal midfielder also explained these changes, including how Arteta united the club’s vision towards the Premier League title.
“Everything. The perception of the club in recent years, lots of messages, positive messages on the training ground, much bigger facilities, better equipment, pitches, everything,” Fabregas told Sky Sports.
“I think so also at the entrance, there’s a Premier League symbol where it’s empty and he wanted to show a message that, ‘Guyswe have to put him there’.”
“So every day the players come in, they see the Premier League but it’s just the symbol, so it’s like a message or inspiration every day to go out there and prove that you really want to put the Premier League (trophy) out there.”
“So I think he’s changed the mentality of the club since Arsene (Wenger) left and what he’s done is extraordinary,” said Fabregas.
