Out for the “Saturn” branch in Bramfeld: The consumer electronics store on Bramfelder Chaussee has been permanently closed since mid-January. A department store chain is now moving into the premises.

“On January 14, 2023, our branch in Hamburg Bramfeld was open for the last time. We, the Saturn Hamburg Bramfeld team, say thank you for your loyalty!”

“No alternative”: the end of the “Saturn” branch in Bramfeld

“Despite all the efforts of management and employees, we were unable to develop an economically satisfactory continuation perspective for the market,” the company told the “Abendblatt”. “For this reason, there was unfortunately no alternative to closing the store from an economic point of view”.

Around twelve employees are said to be affected by the branch closure – but all of them should continue to be employed in other areas, which is why no job will be lost.
