TRIBUNNEWS.COM – G7 leaders joke about legendary photos Vladimir Putin in their meeting in Bavaria, Sunday (26/6/2022).
The mockery of Putin’s photo comes amid rumors the Russian leader approved the shipment of nuclear-capable missiles to Belarus to attack Kyiv.
British PM Boris Johnson joked about the ‘naked horseback’ stunt to show that they are tougher than Russia.
Later, Boris also quipped that they needed to show off their muscles to Russia.
The meaning of the joke seems to emphasize that the G7 leaders will take decisive steps against Russia.
The joke about Putin came before the summit talks on Monday (27/6/2022) today.
In fact, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and European Union President Ursula von der Leyen also teased Putin while sitting together in Bavaria.

Then, Boris asked if the jacket he was wearing should be removed.
“Jackets removed? Should we take off our jackets?” said Boris, quoted from Daily Mail.
