The Higher Council for Audiovisuals (CSA) has warned the C8 channel. The facts date back to February 2 when the match of the 23rd day of the Ligue 1 between Stade de Reims and Olympique de Marseille was broadcast. In fact, C8 has deprogrammed a theatrical work, "Inavouable", on January 29th. "By letter dated 31 January 2019, the Commission informed the channel that this programming change raised serious problems with regard to the C8 Convention, in particular because it was linked to a difficulty in programming another channel. "At the plenary session of 6 March 2019, the CSA examined these facts and estimated, based on the conditions under which it was managed, that this deprogramming did not comply with the provisions of Article 2-2-5 of the C8 Convention , reads in this same version, has warned the channel against the renewal of this violation and has decided to publish this notice on its CSA website.
