Miraflores Palace, Caracas. – The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, decreed this February 21 as a national holiday, on the occasion of the 2020 Carnivals.
The announcement was posted by the country’s highest authority in the morning of this Thursday, through its official account on the social network Twitter @NicolasMaduro.
“Carnivals are coming! A party that fills the whole country with color and joy. For this reason, I decided to decree Friday, February 21, as a national holiday for the Venezuelan people to enjoy as a family and renew energy to continue the fight for the happiness of the Homeland, ”he reported.
The Bolivarian Government is the faithful guarantor that the people of Venezuela are a people who live happily and in peace, despite adversities and hundreds of challenges, the President continues the path of love as entrusted to him by the Supreme Commander and leader of the Revolution and Socialism of the XXI century.
