"This assistance will come in coordination with coordinators that President Juan Guaidó and non-governmental organizations are determined to wait for these products to arrive immediately in cancer and pediatric hospitals in Venezuela," Rivera Marín said in an interview.
For his part, Ricardo Rosselló confirmed in an interview with Blu Radio the departure of the ship and also that later a boat will leave with humanitarian aid. While I was explaining what Rivera Marín meant when talking about access windows.
"What he did is work in some windows of entry, the detail of this is a bit difficult to divulge with a little intelligence, to make sure that the resources can reach Venezuela".
