Chris Hemsworth has turned into this amazing diet to reach "Avengers Endgame"

It takes a lot of hard work for Chris Hemsworth to maintain the enviable physique he required to play the Marvel's Thor. The actor maintains his strength through weight lifting, but mixes things up with frequent boxing workouts and trips to the yoga studio. When it comes to food, Hemsworth must monitor what he eats, even if he has turned to an unexpected diet Avengers: Endgame.

Hemsworth becomes vegan

Hemsworth spends hours in the gym every week maintaining his
body in perfect shape, but his diet is just as important to his regime as anything else
other. While the Ragnarok eaten a
high protein diet that leads to filming End of the game,
he switched to vegan once production began.

Second Food
Chris Hemsworth's personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, explained how
both were surprised to have been able to maintain his muscle gains while he was on a
vegetable-based diet.

"He tried and we were really surprised," Zocchi

Zocchi added that Hemsworth adhered to a diet of burgers based on beans and vegetables. He ate about six times a day, distributing meals every two hours while shooting was in progress. There is a strong probability that Hemsworth was inspired to become a vegan by his younger brother, Liam Hemsworth, who has been on a diet for at least four years.

Liam has previously revealed that he constantly encourages his older brother to eat more vegetables and plant-based foods.

Based on how Hemsworth looked inside End of the game, it is safe to say that the new routine is working. The
the only downside to Hemsworth's new diet is that it made him a bit awkward.

Chris Hemsworth opens up on Thor fat

Hemsworth's fitness level was a bit difficult to see
in End of the game because the producers gave us
a heavier version of Thor throughout the film. Thor's heavy appearance is shocked
most fans, and looked closer to Santa Clause than the God of Thunder.

Hemsworth obviously did not gain any weight
the role. Instead, the producers covered it with a realistic fat suit, which he did
the actor experiences something that many men never do in their lives.

In a recent interview, Hemsworth revealed that he was wearing the
the fat dress made him feel like he was pregnant. Hemsworth revealed that the seed
weight close to 90 pounds and was easily the main attraction on the set.

In fact, Chris Hemsworth explained how people often come close to him between the sockets and massage his belly. In this way, the End of the game star knows exactly what it means to carry a child around in public. The only difference is that Hemsworth managed to get rid of the suit at the end of the day and obviously didn't have to go through a real baby.

What is ahead for Hemsworth?

In addition to the fat dress, the producers wore Hemsworth
weights on his legs and arms so that he could replicate the gait of a
overweight person. Although wearing all these gadgets was challenging,
Hemsworth appreciated Thor's new interpretation, which allowed him to move the
character in new directions.

Whether Thor's new look is here or not has yet to be
seen, but it cannot be denied that it was one of the most carefree parts of
End of the game.

Hemsworth has also confessed that he would like to have the chance to resume the role of Thor in future films. He's down with the next one Guardians of the Galaxy well, something that has been teased End of the game.

Unfortunately, Hemsworth has no idea when Guardians of the Galaxy will start
shooting. Director James Gunn is currently working The suicide squad, so a few more months could pass
development begins. Even Chris Hemsworth didn't give us new updates
on Thor's future projects, although Ragnarok's success increases the possibilities
that Marvel gives him another solo outing.

Marvel has not commented on its future film list, although the study should reveal more information at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
