Duck stuffed with pieces of bread with orange sauce. A food expert says that the most important thing before frying a bird is to rub it with pepper and salt. Then leave in the refrigerator for up to two days. After removing the duck from the refrigerator, wipe the salt with a paper towel. Finally, stuff the inside of the duck with pieces of white bread, onions, mushrooms, apple slices and raisins. Another advice from an expert is to make small incisions in the skin of the duck with a knife or scissors before baking to make it easier for the duck fat to drain. The oven should be preheated to 160 degrees and the duck should be baked for about 3 hours (depending on the size of the bird).

It is best to fry the duck in a pan so that everyone is drained fat. In addition, during cooking, do not forget to sprinkle the duck on the fat, so the bird will remain juicy. At the end, the oven heat can be increased to 220 degrees and the duck is allowed to shake for 15 minutes. Before serving, roast duck should be garnished with fresh parsley, orange slices and grape tomatoes. In addition to the duck prepared in this way, the food expert offers to make a sauce of extraordinary taste. Orange jam should be mixed with soy sauce, fried duck fat, a slice of lemon juice and a pinch of grated orange peel. Then sprinkle it on the prepared duck.
