The spokesperson for the Socialist Group in the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha, Ana Isabel Abengózar, has pointed out that the president of the PP of Castilla-La Mancha, Paco Núñez, described it as an “anecdote” the occurrence of the mayor of Pantoja, Julián Torrejón Moreno, parading with a shotgun down the streetthat whenever the PP “breaks the bullfighting rule, it insists on calling it an anecdote.”
“Unfortunately,” he added, “they may not give it importance, there may be citizens who later follow the example that their mayor has given, but it is like when the PP says that they are isolated cases, the truth is that this is breaking the rule,” The PSOE reported in a press release.
