Seven years after their arrival at Pech de Laclause, Bathmanabane & Associés, Arnaud Pericard and Maximilien Mattéoli founded the firm ARMA – Société d’Avocats, a firm dedicated to the advice and defense of regulated professions, while developing a sustained activity in litigation (civil and criminal) business and M&A.

Arnaud Pericard has a long experience in business litigation, and more specifically in litigation related to acquisitions, conflicts between partners, the liability of managers and regulated professions. Holder of a dual training in private international law (Paris II) and in management (Dauphine), Arnaud Péricard began his career in 1996 within the Jeantet firm, before successively joining the firms of Rambaud Martel (now Orrick), Moquet Borde (now Paul Hastings), Wilhelm & Associés, and Pech de Laclause – Bathmanabane & Associés.
Former Chairman of the Business Criminal Law Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Arnaud Péricard is a member of the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF).
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007, Maximilien Mattéoli holds a DEA in general private law.
He began his professional activity in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Armfelt, before joining Pechenard & Associés, Wilhelm & Associés and PBA, in which he was promoted to partner, to intervene in business litigation cases. and merger and acquisition transactions. He intervenes in corporate and business litigation, on files related to acquisitions, conflicts between partners and the liability of managers and regulated professions.
The two partners are accompanied by three collaborators: Laura Bouchaut, Mayssa Awada and Yagmur Ozdilekcan.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2018, Laura Bouchaut holds a Master 2 in Business Law (University of Versailles – Saint Quentin en Yvelines). She started her professional activity with the Parrinello Vilain et Kiener firm specializing in liability litigation for professionals in the figure before joining Pech de Laclause, Bathamnabane et Associés.
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2020, Mayssa Awada holds a Master 2 in International and European Litigation (Paris X University) and an LLM in International Business Law (Queen Mary University of London).
She intervenes in business litigation, more specifically in matters relating to the liability of managers and regulated professions.
Yagmur Özdilekcan intervenes in civil and commercial litigation, in particular in cases relating to the liability of managers and regulated professions.
She holds a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a Master 2 in General Private Law (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).
