Just in time for the turn of the year, Daniela Katzenberger and husband Lucas Cordalis commemorate the Costa Cordalis, who died in July.
2019 was not an easy year for the Katzenberger-Cordalis clan. The head of the Costa Cordalis family († 75) died in July, leaving a huge gap in the life of his loved ones. The pain about the death of the popular pop star is still deep in his son Lucas (52) and his wife Daniela Katzenberger (33), as the TV blonde recently made clear with an emotional posting. In the video above we show you what sweet memories she shared of little daughter Sophia (4) and Grandpa Costa.

Balloons for Grandpa Costa Cordalis
Despite the sad loss, Costa is always omnipresent for his family. Just in time for the turn of the year, Daniela, Lucas and Sophia honored him with a very special gesture. On New Year’s Eve, the three golden balloons in the shape of the number 2020 soared into the sky. In her Instagram story, the cat shared the moment and wrote: “For Grandpa Costa”.
“Only a few more hours, then 2019 will finally be over. It was not a particularly good year, so we are looking forward to 2020 even more,” said Daniela in a corresponding posting on her account.
The family tries to look ahead and still keep all the wonderful memories of their time together with Costa. Especially in the life of little Sophia, he should be present as long as possible. This heart-warming moment in the video below shows how vivid the memories of the four-year-olds of their beloved grandpa are:
