Unlike some business executives, Bob Chapek hasn’t been shy about getting right to the point in confirming that Disney + isn’t looking to emulate the cheaper, in-ad option that HBO Max is currently promoting. At least Chapek was being honest about his thoughts on a cheaper option, and it’s not like he’s talking crazy. The current Disney + pricing options are quite doable, especially with the Hulu and ESPN + plan. Compared to other streaming services, this is already one of the cheapest options, especially considering the company’s vast library of content.
