Munich The dispute over the legality of fees for Paypal payments and instant transfers will in all likelihood be finally clarified by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH). The Higher Regional Court of Munich (OLG) on Thursday declared it lawful for businesses to charge their end users for these two types of payment in online commerce. The judges however allowed the revision to the BGH. In the specific case, the Wettbewerbszentrale sued Flixbus.
