Does Meghan Markle really make the same mistake as Princess Diana?

Since Meghan Markle joined the royal family, she has been on the front page of every magazine and gossip site. Every photo of her is shared and every piece of information about her is dissected. It is clear that the former American actress is extremely popular with the public.

While being a real person who gets a lot of attention may seem harmless enough, some real experts warn that it might not be a good idea, especially when we look at the late Princess Diana whose fame has grown too much for the royal family she was supposed to be promoting.

Why was Princess Diana so famous?

The marriage of Princess Diana with Prince Charles in 1981 was considered the marriage of the century because of the amount of attention she had generated. In fact, even after the marriage, Diana remained the favorite subject of the press, who followed her everywhere.

Diana knew that she was a popular figure, so she did a lot of things to keep interested in the public. For example, he took on a lot of work that shocked people, like shaking hands with AIDS patients and going to minefields. Furthermore, Diana also made headlines for raising her children in ways that were not considered traditional for the royal family.

Diana ended up becoming much more appreciated by the audience than other royals who would have to overcome her, including her husband. This got even worse when she went to the media and revealed how much the royal family had treated her seriously, making her even more unpopular.

Like Meghan Markle it is similar to Princess Diana

Like Diana, Meghan is also using her footlights by doing philanthropic work and promoting causes that are significant to her.

Not only that, but Meghan and Harry have continued to prove themselves more unconventional than the actual precedents in their position. Meghan herself is particularly explicit in her progressive views, leading many fans to believe that she and Harry will break away from real traditions even more than Diana when they raise their child.

The couple has also recently created their own communication office and a social media account, something that only those higher up the succession line are allowed to do.

Today is #earthday – an opportunity to learn, celebrate and continue to safeguard our planet, our home. The above, their real heights in Rotorua, New Zealand. Of the 170 different species originally planted in the early 1900s, only a handful of species, including these majestic redwoods, remain today. Next, we invite you to browse through a series of 8 photos taken by The Duke of Sussex © OSDOS sharing its environmental POV including: Africa & # 39; s Unicorn, the rhino. These magnificent animals have survived frosts and giant crocodiles, among other things! They have continually adapted to the earth-changing climate for over 30 million years. Yet here we are in 2019 where their biggest threat is us. A critical ecosystem, the Okavango Delta of Botswana supports millions of people and an abundance of wild animals. The huge forest fires, mostly initiated by humans, are altering the entire river system; the ash kills the fish while the flood enters and the trees that do not burn become the ignition of next year. Desert lions are in danger of extinction, partly due to conflicts between wildlife, habitat intrusion and climate change. 96% of mammals on our livestock are of human or human origin, which means that only the remaining 4% are wild animals. The populations of orcs and humpback whales are recovering in Norway thanks to the protection of their fishing activities. Demonstrate that sustainable fishing can benefit us all. About 3/4 of Guyana is wooded, its forests are very diverse with 1,263 known species of wild animals and 6,409 species of plants. Many countries continue to try and clear land there due to global demand for timber. Now we all know that plastic damage is causing our oceans. Microplastics also end up in our food source, creating not only environmental problems for our planet, but also medical problems for ourselves. When a fenced area exceeds its carrying capacity for elephants, they begin to invade farmland causing havoc for communities. Here @AfricanParksNetwork has transferred 500 elephants to another park in Malawi to reduce the pressure on the conflict between wildlife and create a more dispersed tourism. Each of us can make a difference, not just today but every day. #day of the Earth

According to the royal historian Anna Whitelock, the royals cannot be celebrities. The difference ultimately depends on who or what is attracting the public image in question.

"If you are a real you can generate a lot, a lot of interest and a lot of appeal, but in the end it has to be for the company; it can't be for one person," said Whitelock. "Of course, that's where Diana, to a certain extent, failed because the Diana brand became bigger than the royal family."

This is also the point at which the communication office of Meghan and Harry and the social media account are criticized. Instead of continuing to stay with Prince William and Kate Middleton – or even with people like Princess Anna, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward – Meghan and Harry's decision to break free can cause problems along the way if they become too independent of the other royals .

The fact that they are willing to do things their own way is also a cause for concern as they need to have their image under the same real brand as other family members. However, since Meghan was a full-fledged celebrity, perhaps it is not too surprising that she continues to have her fame and popularity as a duchess. Furthermore, having royalty that are also celebrities could be important to ensure that the royal family remains relevant in this day and age with the new generations.

It should be noted, though, that Meghan has kept a low profile, especially with a baby on the way, so right now, only time will tell how Meghan's popularity will affect the image of the royal family in the future.
