East Capital Real Estate Fund IV acquires an office complex in Vilnius :: Dienas Bizness

The fund “East Capital Real Estate Fund IV” has signed an agreement for the purchase of two modern 10-story office buildings “Duetto A” and “Duetto B” in Vilnius.

The total leasable area of ​​the complex is 17,260 square meters, and the transaction will be concluded at the beginning of June this year. The construction of the two office complex buildings was completed in 2017 and 2019 by one of the leading Baltic real estate developers, YIT Lietuva.

Thanks to the thoughtful location next to the Vilnius Western Ring Road, which connects the suburbs of Vilnius with the center of the capital, the complex provides easy access to the exits of the Kaunas and Riga highways.

The “Duetto A” and “Duetto B” buildings for rent provide comfortable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly office space that meets modern work requirements. Among the tenants who have chosen the complex as their headquarters in Lithuania are such well-known brands as “RIMI Lietuva” (part of “ICA Gruppen”), BASF, “Intrum”, “Schneider Electric”, as well as municipal heating and water management companies.

Both buildings have obtained BREEAM certification, which confirms their compliance with high energy efficiency and sustainability standards, and will be financed with a green loan from Swedbank.
