Emirates informs this Monday, December 5th, that it has intensified its operations to Gatwick Airport, one of the terminals serving the city of London, England, with the addition of a third daily flight with the large double-decker aircraft Airbus A380.
The additional operation will offer more than 1,000 seats on the Dubai-Gatwick link every day of the week. Emirates flight EK11 will depart Dubai at 2:50 am, flight EK15 at 7:40 am and flight EK09 at 2:25 pm.
In addition to the company’s services to Heathrow Airport, which has six A380s per day, the connection between Dubai and London now has an incredible 9 flights per day with the largest passenger transport aircraft in the world.
Emirates currently serves the UK with 119 weekly flights from seven hubs, including: six times daily to London Heathrow (A380); three times daily to London Gatwick (A380); daily service to London Stansted (B777); three times daily to Manchester (A380); dual daily service to Birmingham (B777); daily flights to Newcastle (B777); and a daily service to Glasgow (B777).
