Emirates News Agency – “Ajman Cooperative” distributes 16% dividends to shareholders

Ajman, March 12 / WAM / The General Assembly of the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society approved the distribution of profits at a rate of 16%, a “10% return” on shares of the capital and 6% on shareholders’ purchases, for the cooperative’s business for the fiscal year 2022.

This came during the meeting of the General Assembly of the Association, which was held at the Ajman Hotel under the chairmanship of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in the presence of the members. During the meeting, the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending for the year 2022 was approved, and the auditor’s report.

Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi said that the association’s net profits for the past year 2022 amounted to 14,273,821 dirhams, an increase of 2% over 2021, while the total sales revenues amounted to 154,594,492 dirhams.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors affirmed the association’s constant endeavor to provide all commodities and products at competitive prices and with high quality that are commensurate with the requirements of all segments of society in the country and meet the demands of shoppers, praising the effective role played by the association in serving the community and alleviating the living burdens of citizens and residents.

In this regard, he explained that the association always seeks to achieve customer satisfaction by providing products that meet the highest standards of quality, permanent continuous development and keeping abreast of what is new in this regard, pointing out that the development in the services provided by the association is in line with Ajman 2030 vision, which aims to Achieving sustainable development.
