New ‘Wuthering Heights‘ Movie Starring Margot Robbie and Jacob elordi is Coming This Valentine’s Day

A movie adaptation of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights will be released for fans of the famously sad novel this Valentine’s day.

Emerald Fennell, who directed the well-received Promising young Woman and Saltburn, will direct this new version of the 1847 love story. Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi will star as the main characters. The film’s trailer shows Robbie as Catherine and Elordi as Heathcliff. They’re seen with intense looks, hands to their mouths, and dramatic breathing while Charli XCX’s Brat track “Everything Is Romantic” plays.

Charli XCX also has a role in the film; she’s credited as playing Isabella.
