An explosion rocked the Afghan capital, Kabul, killing at least four people and injuring dozens of others, the country's health ministry said.
About 90 people injured in Monday's explosion in the eastern part of Kabul including 23 children, Spokesman for the Ministry of Public Health of Afghanistan, Wahidullah Mayar He said in a tweet.

The explosion took place outside a high-security complex housing several international charities and organizations, security officials told Reuters news agency.
"Most of the victims were civilians," said Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the huge explosion, but police spokesman Basir Mujahid said that a vehicle full of explosives had been detonated.
"The area is bounded … and the search operations of suspects and assailants are underway," he said.
The Afghan news site Tolo News posted a video clip on Twitter showing ambulances returning from the explosion scene.
