The Attorney General of the State of San Luis Potosí reported that in the case of the death of the Atlético de San Luis player, Daniela Lázaro Ducoulombier, no constituent elements of a crime were found.
“There is no intervention by any person in what happened,” said Deputy Prosecutor Aarón Castro Sánchez.
In the first instance, the Attorney General’s Office initiated an investigation folder under the femicide protocol.
“As you know, we initiate these matters with a protocol of femicide, an important battery of expert evidence is made and established, information that goes to the investigation folder; Since yesterday, the Public Prosecutions, both the Investigative Police and the Expert Services have been working together on the fact, and today we can affirm with certainty that there is no crime-like fact that must be investigated. ”
Daniela Lázaro was 20 years old and the cause of her death was from suffocation due to suspension.
