Amir Mortada Mansour, the general supervisor of the Zamalek football team, is confident of the club’s ability to drop its guest Mazembe on Friday in the fifth round of the CAF Champions League group stage.
“We are ready to win, we are going through a wonderful technical and psychological state,” the club president’s son said in statements to the official website of Zamalek.
“All the players are focused on the confrontation, and coach Patrice Carteron knows what he wants from the match. The management in turn gave all the support to the team.”
“Every player strives to give his best, our strike power is ready for the game,” he said.
Zamalek is looking for a win that will guarantee it to qualify for the quarterfinals.
