Our Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool striker, sent a strong message to his colleague Trent Alexander-Arnold, the right back for the Reds, about making goals.
The duo shine in the ranks of Liverpool, who won the Champions League last season, the European Super Cup and Club World Cup in 2019, and is very close to crowning the English Premier League after an absence of 30 years.
“This season, Trent sent me only one ball, and he didn’t make me any goals,” he jokingly told NBC.
“I speak daily with Alexander-Arnold about this,” he added, laughing.
Salah continued his message, “Where are the cameras … Trent has not made any goals for this season, although he has made 8 or 9 goals.”
“He doesn’t give me the ball even though I’m running towards the perfect spot. On the other side Andy Robertson made me two or three goals.”
Salah spoke seriously about his young colleague and said, “Trent does a great job, I am very happy for him, he is a wonderful person and the fans love him very much.”
