Eat a watermelon or a Geneva pepper, pasta, ketchup or local tofu? For some aficionados, it’s obvious, for others, a total surprise. That was the goal of Festi’terroir. Throughout the weekend, this event made visitors discover the astonishing richness of the Geneva region. Several dozen producers, but also sellers and associations, presented not only their products, but also the values that carry them, based on short circuits, traceability, even organic and in any case eating well.
