“For Khadija” is an ode to the many sacrifices made by Khadija, the mother of the Moroccan-American rapper and producer, to raise her three sons after being abandoned by their father. From Casablanca to the Bronx, driven by an unshakable faith, the mother of the family will face poverty and will do odd jobs to offer her children a better life.
Produced by Puff Daddy and Drake, directed by Mandon Lovett, this documentary examines the story of an immigrant family, that of French Montana, in the light of the obstacles encountered in its ascent to glory.
On his Instagram account, the rapper shared the trailer for this documentary, explaining that he had been working on this project since 2017.
