Art exhibitions and games for families at the biennial “Marina”
Until August 2, the 3rd International Maritime Biennale “Marīna 2021” will take place in Jūrmala Art Premises from Buļļuciems to Ķemeri. The extensive program of the Biennale includes 12 exhibitions of painting, contemporary art and photography. The Biennale for Families with Children invites you to take an art walk, which takes you through six exhibitions that integrate a hideout with an activity that gives the art walk intrigue and encourages you to think about the relationship with the sea, the environment and art. Organ music in churches and “Jurmala Festival”
On July 24 and 25, it is possible to enjoy organ music in two churches in Jūrmala. On July 24, at 5 pm in Sloka Church (Raina Street 4), the music of Latvian composers will be performed by soprano Ilze Grēvele-Skaraine and organist Ilona Birģele in the concert “Music to Heaven”. The 13th organ music festival “Vox Angelica” will continue on July 25 at 6 pm in Dubulti Church (Baznīcas Street 13). Organist Edīte Alpe, flutist Dita Krenberga, percussionist Elīna Endzele and harpist Ieva Šablovska will play in the concert “Jūrmala Partita”.
From July 27 to 31, “Jurmala Festival” will be performed in five glorious concerts in Dzintari Concert Hall. The meeting with Latvian and world-renowned artists will take place this year on the anniversary of Maestro Raimonds Pauls and Dzintari Concert Hall.

Walking routes – examples of historical architecture
Specially designed routes around the historical surroundings of Jūrmala invite you to see the best examples of Jūrmala architecture, see wonderful natural landscapes, as well as discover lesser-known facts about the history of Jūrmala resort. Lielupe’s magnificent villas, Buļļuciems lighthouse, Vecbulduri architectural carvings, Dubulti art station – these are just some of the objects included in the routes. Entertainment in adventure parks
The most adventurous guests of the resort town are welcome in the adventure park “Jūrmalas Tarzāns”, where you can test your dexterity and strength on tracks of various levels and levels of difficulty – obstacles placed in trees.
