Former aide of Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Air Marshal (Marsdya) TNI Mohammad Tony Harjono officially replaced Marsdya TNI Andyawan Martono as Commander of the National Air Operations Command (Partnership) Indonesian Air Force. Tony’s inauguration was carried out through a military ceremony handover (sertijab) at Taxi Way Echo, Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, Tuesday (06/12/2022).
Tony previously served as Commander of the Air Force Education and Training Command. (Dankodiklat). His position was replaced by Marsda TNI Tedi Rizalihadi.
This inauguration ceremony was carried out based on the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/438/V/2020 concerning Dismissal from and Appointments in Position within the Indonesian National Armed Forces. As well as the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/1122/XI/2022 concerning Dismissal from and Appointments in Position within the Indonesian National Armed Forces.

Air Force Chief of Staff (KSAU) Marshal TNI Fadjar Prasetyo said Andyawan had laid the foundation for Partnership. Fadjar also said that Andyawan carried out his duties well, including securing event G20 Summit in Bali.
“During the leadership of Marshal Andyawan Martono, the Marshal succeeded in building the initial foundation for Koopsudnas tasks which combined the tasks carried out by the Air Force Corps and Kopspasgab so that they could run under one effective and efficient command,” said Fadjar in his remarks in the certificate at Taxi Way Echo, Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, Tuesday (06/12/2022).
“Marshal has also succeeded in carrying out the mandate of the G20 Summit in Bali, especially from the Air Force with very good and proud results,” he added.
For Partnership and the new Dankodikla, Fadjar, advised Tony and Tedi to carry out their duties properly. He also asked them to adjust to the new assignment.
“To Marshal Tony and Marshal Tedi, I congratulate them on their duties. I also advised them to quickly adapt to the new scope of work, carry out this mandate with all their capabilities and with honor,” he said.
“Marshal’s leadership will contribute to the Indonesian Air Force,” said Fadjar.
