Fuel prices will fall between RD $ 0.40 and RD $ 1.70


All petroleum-based fuels will drop between 40 cents and RD $ 1.70 for the week from 22 to 28 June 2019, including liquefied petroleum gas, which drops to $ 1.3 RD.

A resolution by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipimi states that from this Saturday premium petrol will cost $ 224.40 RD per gallon, RD $ 1.60 low; regular petrol RD $ 210.30, equivalent to RD $ 1.70 less; normal diesel will be $ 171 RD per gallon, will lose RD $ 0.40, while the optimal diesel will be sold at RD $ 185.40, RD $ 0.50 low.

The gallon of avtur will be sold to RD $ 137.00, RD $ 0.60 down and kerosene to RD $ 163.00, RD $ 0.70 below.

RD fuel oil $ 110.26 per gallon, decreases RD $ 1.50.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) will be shipped to RD $ 91.00 per gallon, RD $ 1.30 down, and Natural Gas follows RD $ 28.97 per cubic meter, maintaining its price.

From the beginning of last May, fuel prices have steadily declined in prices due to the collapse of oil and processed fuel prices imported from the Dominican Republic.

The average exchange rate is 50.75 RD according to the survey conducted by the Central Bank.
