Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Aug 19 (EFE) .- The City Council of Gáldar has put out to tender the works of the new Institute of Secondary Education (IES) that will have 24 classrooms for secondary, 12 for Baccalaureate and 3 for training cycles.
The Galician City Council has approved this Monday in plenary session, and unanimously, the contract file for the IES work, which includes the administrative specifications for its tender, an action that will have a budget of 9 million euros, reports in a release.
The new center will be located on a plot of 8,700 square meters and will have three classrooms in which 24 classrooms are planned for Secondary, 12 for Baccalaureate and 3 classrooms for training cycles, in addition to offices, cafeteria, auditorium, library and a pavilion.
Likewise, the new Galician institute will have a basement for parking, an open court, a game area and a space for the archaeological area, as detailed in the note.
The Gáldar City Council estimates that the execution period for the work will be 30 months and has a total budget of 9,061,049.63 euros. EFE
