“GarageBand continues to be a driving force behind music production – it makes it easier for beginners to get started and for seasoned professionals to develop ideas on the go,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “For this update, we worked with an incredible group of artists and producers to give musicians an amazing collection of new sounds to play around with. We hope that even more people will be inspired to discover their creative streak and make music with GarageBand. “
GarageBand with seven new producer packs
There are also seven new producer packages. There are some well-known names to be found here too, from Boys Noize to Oak Felder and TRAKGIRL. Each of these packages contains license-free beats, loops, drum kits and instruments. With the help of in-app videos, the producers also provide insight into their work.
