Khaled Mujahid, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesperson of the Ministry, announced that an Egyptian family of five members of the koruna has recovered completely.
The advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesperson for the ministry said in a statement posted on his page that the family is composed of the father and mother and three children, pointing out that the family has received treatment and full care inside the “Friendship” Hospital in Aswan since they were infected with the Corona virus, until their full recovery and exit today. .
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health and Population announced today, Monday, the departure of 12 infected persons from the Corona virus from the isolation hospital, including a foreign woman, after receiving the necessary medical care and complete recovery according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, bringing the total of those recovering from the virus to 259 cases to date .
Dr. Khaled Mujahid, Adviser to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesperson of the ministry, said that the number of cases whose laboratory results were converted from positive to negative for Corona virus (Covid-19) rose to 396 cases, including the 259 recovered.
He added that 149 new cases that proved positive for laboratory analyzes of the virus were recorded, all of them Egyptians, including those returning from abroad in addition to contacts with positive cases that were discovered and announced previously, as part of the ministry’s surveillance and investigation procedures according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, pointing to the death of 7 cases.
Mujahid said that all registered cases of HIV positive in isolation hospitals are subject to medical care, according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization.
Mujahid stated that the total number registered in Egypt with the new Corona virus until today, Monday, is 1322 cases, including 259 cases that have been cured and discharged from the Isolation Hospital, and 85 deaths.
