Reportedly, Holly Willoughby left the 2019 National Television Awards in tears after losing the best presenter gong.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, better known as Ant and Dec, won the award as the best presenter for the 2019 NTAs, winning their eighteenth year.
After the controversy over the nomination of Ant and Dec, many believed that this morning Holly Willoughby would win the award after being replaced with Ant during The Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! last year.
It is reported that Phillip Schofield's co-star left the tearful prize after the victory of Ant and Dec.

The Sun reports from an industrial source who said: "Holly had a nice cry with her husband Dan.
"She was totally overwhelmed by the effusion of love from this troupe this morning after the ceremony."
They went on: "Everyone was telling her how much she loved and how they could not believe they did not win the gong.
"The amount of genuine empathy has become too much for her."

Appearing on this morning the night after the NTA, Holly and Phil shared their congratulations on the duo presented live on the air.
Speaking of the victory, Phillip said: "It was a lovely speech, a great relief for them, a yearlong hell."
Holly went on to add, "Adorable even for December." Ant said, "It was nice." There were so many of those moments that were just and adorable. "
