The most affordable SUV from the Czech auto colossus, according to the detector of the AutoVestiTV channel, seems simply incredible: Skoda has quickly recovered from the change of leadership, because at the Geneva Motor Show their Kamiq has attracted much attention. Developing the exterior of the crossover, the artisans have continued to exploit the theme of Czech glass – this is suggested by the three-dimensional rear lens with opaque LED diffusers and lamps of very complex shape.
The back of the car as a whole looks rather volumetric due to the play of facets and a complex hood lid. The frontal optics here are completely LED, on two levels, realized in the style of the prototypes of the model 9. previously presented. The upper part consists of daytime running lights and direction indicators, while the lower part is the main lighting module. Adaptive optics, "intelligent", adapts to the surrounding conditions: "From the point of view of technology, Kamik is equipped with the highest category!".
The maximum volume of the boot, as for a compact crossover, will be at the 1,100 liter Skoda Kamiq – all because of the fact that Czech developers usually offer many different solutions for the transformation of the cabin. The interior of the car follows the spirit of the times, a large touchscreen (up to 10 inches in the maximum version), leather seats, a careful approach to the choice of finishing material: ".
In general, the experts were impressed by a hot news from Geneva Skoda Kamiq. And if it is expected to be successful in terms of sales, it is still too early, but we can already conclude that this model will not be worse, and perhaps even better and cooler than the popular Hyundai Crete and Nissan Qashqai segment SUVs.
