– Water and tea

But avoid excessive intake of caffeine because it is diuretic and increases dryness of the body. Drinking water helps remove excess sugar from the body's need.
You may not be able to exercise immediately after eating sweets, but you need to do some exercise because it reduces the desire to eat more sugars and give a good boost to the heart. In general, after eating too much, exercise or walk for 15 minutes to restore balance in the body after the dose of large sugars that you have entered.
– Reduce carbohydrates and increase protein
If you eat a lot of sugars during the meal, either in the morning or at lunch or dinner, avoid eating bread and other carbohydrate sources in the next meal. Prioritize the intake of power and protein at the next meal.
– Light meal
