New Chinese hydrogen car
Inside the vehicle is a kind of power plant that divides the hydrogen, releasing an electric charge.
Chinese company Wuhan Grove Hydrogen Automobile Co. presented an electric vehicle prototype with a 1000 km power reserve, running on hydrogen, reports Autocentre.
"Chinese industry is actively developing the electric vehicle industry, but behind the EV battery, many people forget another promising development – an electric car that works with hydrogen," writes the newspaper.
Inside these vehicles there is a kind of power plant that divides the hydrogen, releasing an electric charge. From the point of view of global environmental efficiency, it is better than electric vehicles with traditional batteries.
The prototype of the hydrogen machine in 2020 should go to the transporter.
The main feature, in addition to the extravagant design, is the power reserve, which is 1000 km.
The manufacturer says that a full charge takes only a few minutes. At the moment, the serial hydrogen car, which offers the most impressive power reserve – Honda Clarity with 750 km.
