Rumor has it that the next iPhone will come out with a price increase. The Pro model in particular should further expand its status as a top model.
The maximum price for a smartphone has apparently not yet been exhausted. Like “Macrumors.com” reported, there is a possibility that the upcoming iPhone 15 will be priced above the comparable version of the iPhone 14. However, according to the rumors, Apple is not increasing the price for no reason. A titanium frame, haptic feedback, a completely new generation of chips, more RAM and a periscope lens for improved zoom performance are reported.
Apple has managed to keep starting prices unchanged in the US for six straight generations of Pro models, but prices will likely need to rise at some point for the company to maintain its profit margins. The iPhone 14 Pro Max currently costs from CHF 1299 with 128 GB of memory. Apple sells the 1 TB version for CHF 1,899. The new iPhone generation is expected to be presented in September 2023. It is expected that all devices will have Dynamic Island and a USB-C port. (adk)
