The acting Minister of Equality, Irene Monterohas deleted the tweet he published a year and a half ago in which he indirectly called Rafael Marcos, ex-husband of Maria Sevilleformer president of Infancia Libre, in compliance with a ruling from the Supreme Court (TS) that imposed it on her.

In a message on X, the network formerly called Twitter, the Secretary of Government Action of We can has indicated (this Friday at 11:37 p.m.) that it deletes its tweet of May 25, 2022 “in compliance with the ruling”, of which it publishes its heading and ruling below, which was also required by that judicial resolution, issued on June 8, 2023.

Likewise, in the partial estimation of Rafael Marcos’ lawsuit against Irene Montero, the Civil Chamber of the TS He demanded that the minister publish the heading and the operative part of the sentence in a national newspaper, at his expense.

Montero has fulfilled it in the digital newspaper Público, which shows it from 11:11 p.m. this Friday the 10th.

The minister has already stated the 18,000 euros in compensation to María Sevilla’s ex-husband and also had to pay 5,400 euros for the costs and interest of the procedure, according to the order of execution of the sentence, issued on October 4, four months after the judicial resolution.
